We blame our jobs, our kids, but the reality is that it’s all in the approach. Even in a time crunch, we can enhance the sexual experience by simply appreciating even the very initial stages – the moment where clothes come off. Try undressing your partner, one piece of clothing at a time, stopping occasionally to admire a new piece of lingerie or plant a kiss on a recently exposed piece of skin. Repeat with each article of clothing – right down to socks. By the time you’re finished, you’ll only have spent an extra 5 to 10 minutes at foreplay and you’ll be well ahead of the game on the road to satisfaction.
