It is also considered good for a young person to be mentally mature.

When it comes to health, biological age is very important. Some doctors use this as a criterion for diagnosing their patients and making health improvement recommendations. As the body ages it becomes more susceptible to disease and other health issues. Being older than you are supposed to be can have a negative impact on your lifespan and the general enjoyment that is received from life. It is important to be very vigilant about knowing your biological age and do everything to keep your rate of aging under control.

There are a few methods you can use to determine your biological age. One way is to fill out an online questionnaire. Some of these can be quite lengthy as you must fill in details about your health and daily activities. Another method is to visit your physician who can perform a thorough screening and determine what your age is. This method gives the most accurate results. The final method is just to look at your lifestyle from an objective point of view and confess areas that can be improved. Most people already know if they feel much older physically than they really are.
