I don’t have time for weights and cardio:
If you don’t have time to do your cardio and weight workouts separately try combining them. You can run with light weights or do a weight circuit with cardio exercises. Both are great ways to build strength and endurance at the same time.
I have a young family and want to spend time with my kids:
Family time is most definitely important. A great way for young fathers to workout with their young children is a jogging stroller. Make sure and get one with durable locking wheels and you can get a good cardio burn while bonding with your little one.
