1. Follow the “20” Rule When on the Computer

2. Eat for your Eyes

Besides carrots, citrus fruits, leafy green vegetables, lean meats and whole grains are great for helping with the health of the eyes and your actual vision as they supply your body with the nutrients it needs to function properly.

3. Don’t Ignore an Eye Issue

One of the biggest things you can do to damage your eyes irreparably is to ignore an issue until the point that it becomes a serious problem. If you have red, itchy eyes relieve the issue with things like a cool compress or eye drops. If you get something in your eye such as sang or grit be sure to flush the eye immediately with water.
