You can now purchase various types of low calorie cooking sprays, including virgin, and extra virgin olive oil sprays. The spray coats the pan more effectively, and you use far less.
Bulk out meals with veggies
Not only do vegetables taste great, they’re also very, very good for us as well. They’re low in fat and are packed full of nutrients that the body thrives upon. The healthier we are, the more effective our bodies are, including our metabolisms. If you’re making stews, curries, or stir-fries for example, throw in a handful or two of your favourite vegetables during the cooking process. Make sure you have a serving of fruits or vegetables with each one of your meals, but be wary that they too contain calories so make sure you account for those.
