To prevent bug bites wear long sleeves. Also, use home-made repellants that consist of essential oils: cedarwood, basil, citronella, juniper and lemon. Mix with grain alcohol, shake it and store in refrigerator. Dab on the skin to discourage the bugs from biting you.
