Morning Sex Benefits To Get Your In The Mood

Morning Sex - Rise and Shine

While most men are keenly aware of the phenomenon of feeling a “rise” first thing in the morning and the desire to take advantage of it for a morning sex encounter, it can be difficult to convince a partner that this unexpected morning pleasure sex is also in their best interests. The facts of the matter are that sex increases circulation throughout the body. This, in turn, enhances mental alertness, focus and energy – a good idea for the start of any day. As well, sex is nearly always a stress reliever as it promotes the release of endorphins, the body’s natural feel-good chemical – also a nice way to start the day. At the very least, it’s a lot more compelling than a cup of coffee.

Worried about a few stumbling blocks to get your morning sex on? Here’s a few work-arounds for the most common challenges.

Combat Morning Breath

Morning breath can be mediated quite effectively with a good thorough brushing and flossing just before bed. Some toothpastes are now meant for nighttime use, extending the cleansing and anti-acidity effects for several hours post brushing. Keeping a glass of water on your nightstand is also a good solution. Just a quick swish and swallow should significantly reduce any staleness for some morning sex.

Freshen up, quickly

Concerned about morning crusty face? Try keeping a container of baby wipes or moist towelettes in your nightstand. Make sure they are easy access so you don’t have to fumble around looking for them.

Check the Time

Although morning sex is best when spontaneous, be concise of time. Does she need to get up and go to work or is it the weekend and she likes to catch a few extra zzz’s? Make sure the time is right if you want the best response possible.

Wake her Slowly

If she is still sleeping and it’s about time to wake up do so slowly. Gently kiss her neck and caress her body with your hands. If you really want to get her in the mood slowly move your way down and start off with some oral stimulation. Once you feel her clit pulsating you know she is turned on and ready for some action.

Take it Easy on the Positions: morning sex

Since its morning and both of you are probably a little groggy get started with some comfortable positions like spooning. Once she is all game roll to one side and spoon her from behind. You may also want to avoid other positions with a lot of face to face contact like missionary.

Move it to the Shower: morning sex

Another option is to try moving the morning sex directly into the shower for a steamy, yet exciting adventure.
